Factory and shipping delay
We may face a small delay in production, our factory is not in the virus affected area, but mail to them is been blocked and the masters have not been delivered yet. Everyone is doing ok in their location but we are waiting to get news on when operations will restore to normal. As they also can not get the supplies to start production at the moment.
I waited to get more information's from them to post the update, as we planned to start production on the 3rd of Feb end of Chinese New Year.
I will keep you posted weekly hopefully with good news. Sorry about the news, but I want to keep everyone informed of everything, this unfortunately is one of those unpredictable situations we mentioned in the risks that was not anticipated.
At the moment I am more worried of our productions partners than a small delay, they reported to be all safe and writing me.

Production has started
Production has started, the factory is now closed for 2 weeks and will complete the project as soon as they are back.
Replies
May be slow as we are sending the 2 Kickstarter we ran before this one. Next week we should be done with it and back to normal. If I don't answer immediately please be patient I will do.

UPDATE
The holidays and the arrival of the miniatures for Vacant Realms and Citizens of the old world Kickstarter took us away from emails and messages. Be assured we will reply you. ( We only have a few emails to respond to anyhow)
In the next few weeks we will concentrate in the shipping of the other 2 Kickstarters and the factory will be closed for production till the end of the month.
All files have been sent and almost al miniatures from thsi KS have been printed and ready for molding. So we are still on time.
STL files
They are ready, and uploaded. I am sending them during my spare time. Please don't get mad as I see in a few emails. It takes time to sort out all the download links and send them. Also the Kickstarter states delivery in March 2020 :) so we are way ahead of the game.
Pledge manager will close on the 31st of January, so please complete it if you have not done it.

Apologies
I want to apologize if my email and messages replies are slow. In the past weeks we have been quite busy. Real job, family and over 700 store orders to evade before the holidays got us behind schedule. Not to mention all the paper work I need to file for the company EOY taxes. Tomorrow I will be on holiday leave from my real job till the 29th and will use this time to catch up on emails and STL deliveries.

Pledge Manager
Will close Saturday the 22nd. If you have not submitted your pledge please do so. Failure to submit your pledge will get you to the end of the line, this means we will handle your order after all the other have been shipped.
If you already contacted us about an issue on the pledge manager no worries we will fix it even after the 22nd.
Production
Production is almost done, and will ship any day, due to the holidays I expect some delays, but beg of Jan I am confident we will start shipping your models.
