AUSTRALIA NIGHTMARE!!!!

All AU orders are sitting in storage waiting to be shipped for the past 3 weeks. AU with South Africa for the past 3 or 4 weeks have blocked all incoming mail from Italy and I can not ship them :(

I am very sorry this will cause a huge delivery delay... but we can only wait, I write the courier daily to get updates.

Updates will come as soon as they hit the mail.

All packages in the mail...

Yes all mailed, even with the COVID we were in time for fulfillment... well a few weeks behind expected for a few projects. 

The only issue now is Australia, as we can not ship there and waiting for it to open up again. This si the 3rd week of a complete lock down, we hope it will open soon. We will keep you updated. 

I replied all emails from last week, got some new ones. Will reply this week. 

We made it again.. 20 KS delivered in about 2 years of activity.

Apologize if I missed messages or emails.

I know apologies don't fix issues and answer questions. But I like to keep backer updated at least on a weekly base. Currently our issue is that the COVID delayed many shipping and we can not get external help to fulfill pledges and orders. In the past 3 weeks we managed to ship over 1000 packages. And close to 11000 miniatures. The Inquisitor and Redeemers models  were scheduled for an early delivery but due to the COVID they got delivered with the 1600 Luther model, limited edition model of the Mordheim Facebook page. Luther also required to be packed in single boxes with a wrap, a card and a dice. And we are almost done packing and shipping it. In the meanwhile the delay from the pandemic has not slowed down the Citizen 2.0 and Rage Lords that should get here next week, another 500+ packages to make and ship. So I ask you to be patient if my responses are not fast. I am answering everyone but currently I am back to my full time job and is just me the wife and the cats support to help us. We hope the limitations get lifted soon so we can get some help back.

Again I ask you to use only the email [email protected] to contact us for any issue, messages to other platforms will not get answered for a while as I can not follow all of them at the moment.

All models mailed

Only exception are France below 5 model, there was a restriction they will all go into the mail Thursday. 

South Africa is still blocked will mail is as soon as the ban is removed. 

Australia and CANADA cumulative pack will be mailed tomorrow, and one in country mailed locally. 

From today 18 May please allow 15 days to report any missing package with more than 6 models. 

And 60 days or 20 July to report any missing order below 6 models. If reported later I will no longer be responsible for lost items. As a month ago they requested for a package from HG1.0 mailed over a year ago :(

SHIPPING UPDATE

Well more than half of the orders are packed, and about half of them will be shipped by tomorrow. Some left today.

Soon you should start receiving the models :)

All orders with 5 or less miniatures are going in the mail tomorrow. Starting tomorrow I will give 60 days to report non delivery. Sorry no more exceptions. Last month I got an email from a backer complaining non receipt of HG1.0 project ran in 2018....

MODEL 163 

The model not sure how got cast a bit smaller of expected. We are sending the one we got, don't worry we are reordering it (will take a few months) but if you don't like it we will replace it. Also model 153 should be enlarged to better fit the games, we will work on that too. This one is not a mistake but a problem with the head proportions that make the model look slimmer, project was done by anew sculptor, renders look great but in reality are different. On the other hand all the other model after  quick look are amazing. Need to define a standard size to follow as 28m now goes from 28 to 34mm even in the same company. I see elfs for Fantasy Football that are taller than Primaris marines, so correct scaling is hard. We will work harder on next projects to get better proportions.
